Track Record
- As the lead design engineer at BMA’s Daunia mine, Amy was responsible for the design and scheduling required to support the transition to a fully autonomous coal mine. She built a SPRY haulage model to facilitate daily through budget scheduling and updated performance measurement standards to enable productive mining in an autonomous haulage environment.
- During her time as the lead tactical planning engineer at Daunia, Amy focused on revising pit and dump strategies to support the design and scheduling of an autonomous coal mine. This included the development of a hybrid short to medium-term SPRY model to support alignment between site and tactical planning teams.
- Amy provided mine planning and financial analyst support for a decarbonisation technology trade-off study for multiple coal assets in Central Queensland. This involved the review of established and novel decarbonisation technologies, systematically evaluating their cost effectiveness and potential for emissions reduction.
- As the Palaris project manager, Amy led a large-scale dump re-design, reserving and scheduling project to support running an optimised haulage budget for a large open-cut operation in Central Queensland.
- As a Palaris analyst, Amy played a key role in conducting the financial modelling and reporting of multiple open-cut and underground scenarios for a conceptual study of a Greenfield project in Queensland.
