Track Record
- As the Site Project Engineer coordinating a 44kV Substation upgrade, Jaison was involved in all aspects of the project including installation of transformers, new switchroom, switchyard concrete and earthworks. He also assisted in the design of a secondary plant for 44kV substation on site, construction of transformer foundations and evaluation of electrical compliance on Brownfield, and all necessary compliance checks. These successful projects had minimal disruption to the site and cut over went as planned
- At Renison Tin Mine Site, Jaison was the Site Project Engineer managing concrete works and work group in the construction of Paste Plant. He was involved in overseeing estimates, budgets, job safety analysis, pre-pour inspections and review of compaction test results. As a result of planning, the concrete works finished on time, within the budget and with zero harm
- He was the Electrical Engineer at Lai Switchboards, where he successfully designed and completed over 100 switchboards for mining, health, commercial and industrial projects, ensuring all met Australian electrical standards and state regulations
- As an Electrical Engineering Intern, Jaison was tasked with improving the power factor of an aged care facility. He evaluated power consumption and proposed the replacement of current lighting with LED lighting to reduce costs and improve quality of light. After presenting his report and findings, the client and university agreed and accepted his proposal
