Due Diligence

Over the past 17 years we have delivered over 115 due diligence projects, using our extensive industry databases to validate underlying assumptions. Our global presence allows us to organise and deploy the required multi-disciplinary team around the world at short notice. Palaris knows what it takes for a due diligence (or independent project review) to provide assurance, highlight the areas of risk and provide the necessary project information to meet the standards of the target investment community and corporates.

We are:

  • Impartial, as an independently owned company with no equity in any project.
  • Highly respected as advisors to the international resources industry, investment community and banking sector.
  • Focused on materiality; our experience informs what areas can significantly affect project value.

We provide:

  • A tailored and focused report - with a strong technical foundation with a robust financial overlay.
  • Quantification of upside and downside potentials in asset utilisation, productivity and unit cost.
  • An insightful review of a project to identify any business improvement opportunities (potentially unseen by the current owner).

Our experience and processes ensure each study project we complete is technically feasible and financially accurate. We synthesise large volumes of technical and financial information into meaningful insights, tailored for the client audience.

We are:

  • Unmatched in our ability to identify and maximise project value
  • An experienced specialist team, all with practical onsite experience, drawing from Australian and International best practice operations

Engineering Compliance

We make it our business to have an in-depth understanding of the engineering related legislation and international standards for compliance. Our solutions focus on both a reduction in liability exposure and an increase in operational efficiency. Our competitors focus on identifying the gaps in a client's compliance requirements – that is the easy part. Palaris delivers cost-effective, practical solutions that meet requirements. We leave our clients with complete peace of mind.
