Jacqueline is a professional engineer with close to 25 years of international experience in process engineering and plant design, management, execution and due diligence of mining and resource projects for gold, base metals and industrial minerals valued up to USD500 million.

Jacqueline’s strengths lie in working with exploration and mining companies on strategic project definition through various preliminary stages of study to refine and optimise capital and operating costs that lead into detailed engineering, design, and construction. She has a thorough knowledge of mine planning and design, site infrastructure, tailings management, logistics and project economics allow her to integrate process deliverables into the overall project seamlessly while thriving on the unique challenges presented with every project.

Track Record

  • Jacqueline has held roles of Study Manager, Process Lead and Process Engineer including previous consulting roles with Tetra Tech, Lycopodium and AMEC. She also significant experience in scoping through to execution and due diligence on assets in Australia, Asia, Africa, North America, and South America.
  • She has extensive experience in process design for Pb, Zn, Au, Ag, Ni, Cu, Nb, iron ore, lithium, sulphate of potash (brines), graphite, oil and mineral sands, lime, and diatomaceous earth. Jacqueline was also the lead process engineer for a 30 Mt iron ore project tailings storage facility.
  • With Palaris, Jacqueline has led due diligence teams and additionally acted as process review lead across commodities (Cu-Ag, Pb-Zn, graphite, gold, etc.) globally for project finance and M&A, leading onto construction and loan monitoring for international banking syndicates.
  • During her time in consulting, she has led technical review and market assessments for the acquisition of a significant mining water and power services company on behalf of an investment banks along with bid adjudication and technical oversight of a major liquidation of multiple mines, concentrators, and a smelter.
  • With considerable experience in capital and operating cost estimating and optimisation, economic assessments, market and revenue forecasting, benchmarking and financial modelling, Jacqueline has a strong breadth of skills.
